We've been talking about the unshakeable Kingdom of God. Did you know this kingdom has an unshakeable message. Think on this...
"The Son," (meaning Jesus), "is the radience of God's glory and the exact representation of His being" (Hebrews 1:3a).
It is noted here that Jesus the Son is the "exact representation" of God's glory. Jesus is the real God. He is the original. Jesus is God.
It may help to think about what you see when you look into a mirror or take a 'selfie'. You do not see the real you. It is only a reflection of yourself. The image is not the original you. Only everyone else can see the real you. Ironic, right?
However, with Jesus, He is the exact representation and this is the unshakeable message God has revealed to us. God wants us to know this.
Why would the adjective 'unshakeable' be used? Well, God said, "I the LORD do not change" (see Malachi 3:6). He's always the faithful one to us. Jesus said, "I and my Father are one" (see John 10:30). He also said, "I give them, " (His people), eternal life" (see John 10:28). Conclusions can be deduced that God and Jesus are one and the same and will be, for ever. He is unchangeable and unshakeable. Hang tightly on to this message.
If Jesus is eternal, and He is, there is no expiry date. Jesus is God, who lasts for ever. We can then trust this unshakeable message because Jesus is the 'real' God.
Ponder upon these thoughts day and night. How do they affect your thinking? How will they change your life?
Father God, it's amazing to learn that Jesus is really You and that He is eteranl. This is a message that is unshakeable, and helps me to trust You more. I also feel greater love for Jesus. You are really great! Thank You in Jesus' name.
