Morning Musings-Praying and Forgiveness

When we pray we want answers, right?  Well, I just read that Dwight L. Moody is attributed to have
said:

"I firmly believe a great many prayers are not answered because we are not willing to forgive someone."

Unforgiveness can fester and fester and become ugly, developing into anger, bitterness, hate and the like.  Out of our mouths will come the curses that malice conceived and stirred into slander instead of blessings.

When we honor God, He'll honor us (1 Samuel 2:30).  He has forgiven us much.  Let us do as He does since we are His children (if you are), forgive so your prayers are not hindered.  Be on good terms with God, talk freely with Him, your Heavenly Father.  He wants to hear from you, from your forgiving heart full of sincere love for Him and others.

Don't let Him down, I beg you.
